01 What you are buying

In plain words The free feed costs nothing. The Pro feeds are monthly memberships. What we give you is information, and tools to help you judge it. We are not selling you profit and we are not selling you stock.

By using this site or the Discord you accept these terms, and you accept that anything you do with the information is entirely at your own risk. We publish research. You decide what to buy, with your own money, on your own Amazon account, and you carry the outcome either way.

Free membership gives access to a private Discord community and a delayed feed of product research. Paid memberships (A2A UK & EU Pro, OA Pro, Wholesale Pro and All-in-one) give access to the matching private Discord channels, as described on the pricing section of the home page. We supply research, not goods. Every buying decision is yours, made with your own money, on your own account.

We may change what each feed includes, and we will post in the server when we do. The number of leads posted varies from day to day and no minimum is promised.

01a Paying, renewing, cancelling and refunds

In plain words Paid memberships are monthly and renew until you cancel. Cancel any time through Whop and you keep access to the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part months.

Payment. Paid memberships are sold and billed through Whop, at the monthly price shown at checkout. Whop processes the payment; we never see your card details.

Renewal. A membership renews automatically each month on the same date, at the same price, until you cancel. If we change the price we will tell members in the server at least 14 days before it applies to their next renewal.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in your Whop account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for, and then the paid channels close.

Refunds. We do not refund part months or unused time. Access to the paid channels starts as soon as you pay. By joining, you ask for access to start straight away and you accept that, once it has started, you lose the 14-day right to cancel and get your money back that would otherwise apply to digital services. This does not affect your other statutory rights. If you were charged by mistake, or charged twice, email [email protected] and we will put it right.

02 What we do not promise

In plain words We will never tell you what you will earn, because we have no idea what you will buy, what you will pay, or when you will sell it.

No income claims. Nothing we publish is a forecast of your earnings.
A lead is not a guarantee. Prices move, stock runs out, and other members read the same feed. The figures on a lead are true at the moment it was checked and can be wrong minutes later.
We are not accountants, lawyers or financial advisers. Anything we say about company structure, VAT or tax is general information and is worth an hour with a professional before you act on it.
Selling on Amazon carries risk, including stock that does not sell, fees that change, and account action by Amazon. None of that is within our control.
Brands, IP and listing checks. Free leads and A2A UK & EU Pro: no brand or IP checks are done. These are Amazon price drops posted as found. OA Pro and Wholesale Pro: every effort is made to keep branded and IP-risk listings out, including taking out listings where the brand looks like the only seller or where too few different sellers have won the Buy Box. No check is perfect. A brand can complain about any listing at any time, and an authorised distributor can look just like an ordinary reseller. On every feed, doing your own research and checks before you buy is your responsibility.

03 Commission, and where it comes from

In plain words Some links pay us. It never costs you more, and we do not recommend anything we would not use ourselves.

We take part in affiliate and referral programmes. Where a link earns us a commission, the price you pay is unchanged. Programmes we use or intend to use include tools such as SellerAmp, cashback services such as TopCashback, business accounts such as Tide and Revolut, accounting software such as Xero, and retail affiliate programmes.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

We will not recommend a product we would not use, and a commission has never been the reason something appears in the feed. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

On credit products Where we mention business credit cards or borrowing, we use the provider's own approved wording and nothing of our own. We are not authorised to advise on credit and we do not.

04 What the leads are, and what you may do with them

In plain words Use them for your own business. Do not republish them, resell them, or feed them into another service.

Research in the server is for your own trading use. You may not redistribute, resell, scrape or republish it, whether free or paid, and you may not feed it into another service.

We may remove access where we find deliberate redistribution. We would rather ask first, and normally will.

05 Your data

In plain words We collect nothing on the site ourselves. If you join the Discord, Discord holds your account and we can see your username, the same as any other member.

There is no sign-up on this website, no forms, no analytics and no cookies set by us. Joining the Discord means we can see your Discord username, identifier and what you post. If you email us we keep the email so we can answer it.

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone beyond the services needed to run the thing, being Discord for the server, Whop for payments and Google for the mailbox. Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].

06 Behaviour in the server

In plain words Be decent. No spam, no pitching your own thing, no abuse.

The server rules are pinned and form part of these terms. Serious or repeated breaches end the membership. We will normally warn first, and there are things we will not warn about, such as abuse or harassment of another member.

07 Liability

In plain words If we get something wrong, what we owe you is capped at what you have paid us in the last twelve months, which is nothing if you are on the free feed. We are not responsible for what happens to stock you buy.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. For a free member that amount is nil.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

08 Changes, and the law that applies

In plain words If we change these terms we will say so in the server rather than changing them quietly.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the server, and the date below will change. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

09 Not affiliated with Amazon

Buy Box Drops is an independent research service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Keepa, SellerAmp, Discord and all other names are the trademarks of their respective owners.
